I am Magesh Balaji G (aka MR. FLORUSCENT), 25 years old, a Biker, Motorcycle enthusiast, an Engineering Graduate in Mechanical and currently pursuing Masters in Business Administration, born and brought up in Coimbatore and based out of Bangalore.
I have over 5 years of experience in Biking. I currently ride a Yamaha R15 V2.0 on which I have so far clocked 123000kms in 60 months and overall covered a distance of more than 160000kms.
In Biking: I guide, support, suggest and motivate people to go on rides, be it a record ride or a challenging ride or as simple as people going on their first ever ride, by helping them in Planning the Routes, Things to carry, Time Management and other Precautionary measures and Preparations. I train people on Endurance riding, share, and give Key points to Develop Riding skills and everything related to it. As an Active member of several Biking Clubs, I play an active role in effectively Managing/Organising the rides and events involving the Biking Community.

Successfully Covered the Complete Coast of South India in a single ride in which I covered a distance of 5000+kms in just 108 hours.

ENDURO WESTERN GHATS - KARNATAKA
Bangalore – Chitradurga – Shimoga – Sirsi – Sagar – Gokarna – Murudeshwar – Manipal – Chickmagluru – Bangalore
Successfully Completed The above Route which is about 1100Kms in just 16 Hours through some of the treacherous roads but most scenic route

THE TRI STATE RUN
1170kms in 22 hours
This ride was a recce ride to familiarise the route for attempting the Coast to Coast endurance Ride.
I successfully completed 1170kms in just 22 Hours. Riding from Karnataka via Kerala and reaching Rameshwaram in Tamilnadu

WHAT I BRING TO THE TABLE
RIDE PLANNING AND ADVISORY
Through my experience and years of research, i have the ability to Plan a ride ie., Route Planning and break stops considering fueling, weather, terrain and the rider's stamina so that the rider does not exhaust himself and stays more efficient for covering distance and staying safe. I also advise and precautionary measures and safety for the Rider and the motorcycle during down times.
Also advising on necessary things to carry based on the Route the rider is traveling.
EVENT MANAGEMENT AND MARKETING
I have 5 years of experience in handling Rides and Events, from organising, execution and post event closure.
I have managed and hosted Rides for Bajaj, KTM and several clubs, marking my Longest Group Ride to Chhattisgarh for Bajaj. And the Biggest Biking event in Bangalore "World Motorcycle Day" where I Planned and Managed the whole event with a team of 100+ volunteers, 20+ Events and for 3000+ Audience involving marketing, Sponsors onboarding, Getting Legal Permission, Tying up with Tourism ministry of Karnataka, Finance Management, Logistics, Venue Management, Crowd management and the Crowd engagement events itself and several more.
PLAYING THE ROLE "LEAD" OF A GROUP
I have experience of Leading Large Group of riders on a Ride where Lead acts as a Pilot who sets the Path and Pace for the team behind to take them safe on the journey and also staying disciplined and organised by riding in a formation by strategically sorting the riders based on their riding skills and educating them to use group hand signals for communicating and cautioning and distress on the road and also maintaining a safe distance between riders. Most importantly following traffic rules and not disturbing the Traffic and pedestrians.
PLAYING THE ROLE "MARSHAL & SWEEP" OF THE GROUP
The Role "Marshal & Sweep" is as important as the role "Lead" of the group.
I have expertised this skill over the years where i have to manage the riders on the go by monitoring their Pace, gap between riders, keeping eye on any distress situation, making sure no rider is left behind, act as a first responder for any situation, communicating with the Lead to give heads up if he needs to slow down or stop or pace up. seeing if all riders are safe and well.
